These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the KMG Requested Booking-Link Messages program operated by Kubosh Marketing Group LLC ("KMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By expressly agreeing to receive a text, you accept these terms.

1. Program Description

Kubosh Marketing Group LLC ("KMG") uses this program only to send one automated booking-link text from +1 (832) 402-7123 that a caller specifically requests during an inbound call. No recurring, promotional, or unsolicited messages are sent. KMG does not use purchased, scraped, rented, or shared contact lists for this program.

2. How You Opt In

During an inbound call, after the caller requests scheduling help, the KMG receptionist confirms the destination mobile number and reads this exact script:

"Kubosh Marketing Group can send one automated text with the booking link you requested to the mobile number ending in [last four], from 832-402-7123. You'll receive one message for this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms are at https://legal.kuboshmarketing.com/sms-terms and privacy at https://legal.kuboshmarketing.com/privacy-policy. May I send the text? Please say yes or no."

The caller opts in only by giving a clear affirmative response after the full disclosure. A negative, silent, interrupted, incomplete, or ambiguous response is treated as no consent, and KMG sends no text. KMG records the call ID, consent result, date and time, destination number, and script version as proof of consent. 3. Message Frequency and Charges

KMG sends one booking-link message per consented request. If the recipient replies HELP or STOP, KMG may send one corresponding help response or final opt-out confirmation. No recurring messages are sent.

4. Opt Out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. We also honor common opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will not receive additional messages from this program unless you make a new request and opt in again.

6. Delivery and Availability

Text delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. KMG does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a particular time. Supported carriers and program availability may change.

7. Your Telephone Number

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out before discontinuing use of it or notify KMG promptly.

8. Privacy

We handle information associated with this program under our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the program, our practices, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a material change requires renewed consent, we will request it before relying on that consent.
