The Call to Action

There is no web form, keyword, QR code, paper form, or purchased list associated with this campaign. The call to action is spoken by the KMG receptionist during an inbound call that the consumer initiated, and only after the consumer has asked for scheduling help or asked to receive the booking link.

The website contact form, prior customer status, possession of a phone number, and a general business inquiry do not provide SMS consent for this campaign.

Exact Verbal Consent Script

Read word-for-word before any text is sent:

"Kubosh Marketing Group can send one automated text with the booking link you requested to the mobile number ending in [last four], from 832-402-7123. You'll receive one message for this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms are at https://legal.kuboshmarketing.com/sms-terms and privacy at https://legal.kuboshmarketing.com/privacy-policy. May I send the text? Please say yes or no."

The receptionist waits until the full disclosure is complete. Only a clear "yes" authorizes the single message. Silence, interruption, uncertainty, or any negative answer is treated as no consent and no message is sent.

Complete End-User Journey

  1. Caller initiates the request. The consumer calls KMG and asks for scheduling help, or asks to receive the booking link.
  2. Mobile number is confirmed. The receptionist confirms the destination mobile number by repeating its last four digits.
  3. The full disclosure is read. The receptionist reads the exact verbal consent script shown above, then asks for yes or no.
  4. A clear yes is required. Only an unambiguous affirmative response after the disclosure authorizes one requested message.
  5. Consent is logged; one text is sent. KMG records the consent evidence and sends exactly one booking-link message from +1 (832) 402-7123.
